The truth is that our inhabitants are growing at a virtually exponential level. The consequence of that explosion is the skills and tools we have been being trained from the normal academic processes are growing in the same rate. What that means is when you need to have any hope of success on the planet you will need to find possible ways to have educated. Simply using the flow will not be good enough. Self improvement could be the only chance you must get ahead in life.
Consider our recent past and the technologies which may have come and gone:
· Remember the 8 Track, that was replaced by Cassette tapes, then by CD’s, now even automobiles have USB ports so we are able to play MP3’s.
· Remember vinyl records, same. Consider the latest IPOD’s and consider simply how much music they can hold.
· My first PC used a 45K 5.25 inch floppy drive. Now I’ve a 1 Terra gig hard drive that fits in my shirt pocket. And what is really crazy is always that it is 2/3 full.
· Remember owning an encyclopedia set at home, that they can updated with an all new volume every year. Now we can do an internet search and discover what went down 2 minutes ago around the globe.
These are just examples from the changes which have occurred in the past few years. So that as you look at this these technology is enroute to being ancient history, alongside the hieroglyphs and papyrus.
Using this rate of change how can we manage? How can we ever desire to continue? With all of these changes, could it be any wonder stress, depression and anxiety is rising as exponentially as our technology. This leads to alcoholism, drug use, health challenges, and in some cases to violence.
Allow me to provide you with three facts to consider, notwithstanding all of this craziness happening:
1. Remember your thinking are powerful. What you consider and the way you believe is likely to make all the difference. Stay positive: should you slip into a poor thought, quickly change it out and think about something happy and joyous.
2. Quit blaming others. Take responsibility for exactly what happens to you. You have power over your personal life. Accept that and move ahead. See, in the event you weren’t in control of your life, you could never change anything. But since we all know that things change all the time, the sole block is us.
3. Notice that we have been in a lifelong learning mode. Everyday learn new things. Return to school, become familiar with a new trade. Turn your commute backwards and forwards to operate in to a mobile university. Use that point to cultivate your mind, instead of playing negative blather about the radio.
The only absolute is change. We make change easier on ourselves once we believe that this is a constant. Learn to be non-resistant and learn what it means to take the flow of self-improvement. It will benefit you.
